it’s comforting to see Tim Burton resist the urge to “fix” what isn’t broken—Beetlejuice 2 brings back all the zany charm of the original, like a bizarre, ghostly time capsule. Michael Keaton’s Beetlejuice is still delightfully unhinged, Winona Ryder’s Lydia feels like she never left, and the film leans into its quirky chaos without missing a beat. it’s the perfect spooky treat: nostalgic, weird, and unapologetically Beetlejuice. say his name three times and enjoy the ride!

I'm a HUGE fan of Beetlejuice 1 and I was worried that Beetlejuice Beetlejuice 2 would be bad. I think this film is very close to the first one. I like the idea of the new characters, from what I've seen from the reviews people don't like it. I love Tim Burton, his films are so different and unique. You see he's not doing this for a money pass. Well ok, 36 years for a sequel is obviously a very long time but at least personally it's worth it!

The story was very lame. It definitely did not live up to the original.

A funny and witty horror comedy, full of wild and good humor, but sometimes it was felt that some scenes in the film were not well connected or not related to the plot, like the end for example. But in general, a movie that is recommended to watch.

Love Micheal Keaton he is AMAZING. Movie was fun with some good laughs and a lot of innuendo to the original movie which was so fun to see.

My word! Where to start? I saw the first iteration of this franchise and enjoyed it. Burton did a characteristically imaginative and zany job. BUT - not this time. I stayed for 40 minutes in the theatre before leaving. This iteration was repetitive, didn't have any story direction and seemed to just tread water. I was bored and left. Weak opening storyline, dull script and heavily reliant on visuals which were just not enough to keep the project afloat.

I absolutely hate when people try to make sequels to old classics i absolutely hated it Lydias charcter is nothing like her old self her daughter does not make sense what so ever there is too much going on and yet too simple with so much stuff going on idk the only good quality about it is the actors but tbh i didnt think they did the greatest job

I liked Beetlejuice. So, I thought there was no way there could be more story to this. But they did it. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is a little long. Some of the excuses are a bit over the top. But all in all, I like that they find a way to move the story to Deetz family. I especially like how the Delia character is developed.
