- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI can't help to think I've seen this all before. Probably because it was the same as the Jason Bateman movie "Carry On". Drop was entertaining enough, but the ending was ridiculous.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsKept catching me out. The clues were there. We loved in the end.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsVery cheesy and predictable. One of the hardest movies to convince my husband to sit through in order to get our money's worth at the theater.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsEntertaining if contrived as villains go about their work in the most convoluted way possible. A good looking film with some nice performances and genuine intrigue help overcome some cheesy dialogue and an improbable plot. It turned into Home Alone for the last few minutes with a preposterous showdown that caused some groans in the cinema and made it hard to concentrate on the flirtatious final scene.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsStarted off way too slow, but when the action picked up!!!!!! Nonstop!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsDefinitely surprised me. I expected a lot of predictability and while there was some, there was actually a storyline that made sense.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsIf you want a movie with suspense and not much else. Something you can turn your brain off and just watch this is the one
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsEdge of your seat watch, great movie!
- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsWell, what can I say?!!! The whole story is based on multiple, or should I say, endless ridiculous premises. For anybody who insists on watching it, stop reading here. After the typical light opening, and when it gets to the important part, any sane person would have just switched off the app, before even receiving the first really life threatening messages. But, back home, and remembering that only 18 months ago Hilda was a victim to a fake kidnapping over the phone, when she actually delivered all her jewelry to the criminals in the street, leaving her safe home at 5:30 in the morning, I realized that some folks might not be so clever to react in the correct manner from the first instant onwards. But then, when she shows the first messages to her date, a photographer for the Mayor (and later even someone way beyond this function), and he as well doesn't have the idea of blocking the app, the whole story becomes just dumb. There are soooo many things to complain about this flick, I could fill 5 pages. The worst being the window exploding as if the restaurant would be under pressure like an airplane cabin. Come on, this is beyond idiotic. +++ Not to waste more of my and your time here, it's not a complete bore, but there are surely 10.000 movies better to waste your time than with this one. 3/10!
