It's spectacular, but a touch repetitive. This isn't my cup of tea, but for those who look this type of thing will love this monster feature. The acting isn't what we're here for! Visuals are top of the line! Final Score: 7/10

Stunning, the cg is really good for the budget and this film shows that a budget 150x smaller can create a better movie.

The most interesting part of the movie is the story between Koichi and Noriko. It's very touching and there's a lot of depth to it. It outshines every scenes with Godzilla which is cool, but he's not the star of that movie.

CG was a little wonky at times, but overall an amazing movie

Wow!! What a great piece of film-making! Saw it with my 14yo daughter, who’d never seen a Godzilla movie and we both loved it! You forget you’re even watching subtitles at some point. And the amazing special effects —despite a small budget —were mesmerizing. Hollywood should take notes.. lots of notes!! #Best Picture

This is one of the best Godzilla movies of all time! The special effects are incredible and the story is great! Loved the Q&A that was shown as part of this special release! Must see!

Fantastic film! I didn't get a chance to see it in 2023. Streamed it and loved it! I had to see the re-release. the bonus footage is interesting as I was on the impression it would be footage that was cut from the film. But it is actually behind the scenes FX scenes in the beginning of the film. Then, a Q&A with director and FX supervisor. Awesome stuff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Godzilla minus one to me is the best Godzilla movie since the original 1954 film that introduce Godzilla. The acting is excellent, excellent human characters that you actually care about. The story is awesome where the human characters stories are primary and Godzilla is the secondary storyline. The special effects on it tiny budget are better then Hollywood over bloated budget moves where the special effects looks something high school student would have done on this laptop computer. Spoiler alert Godzilla is an evil malevolent force of nature. You root for Godzilla to be defeated.
