, 53% Audience Score- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOh, there are so much yelling in Kanguva and you cant understand the tamil they speak...?Evan I can't understand, being a Tamil...But I am ashamed of my self of that...We are so many variants but united by one language... Me, a tamil seafarers Amal from Sri lanka( Ilangai)...sailing with my thambi Ivan from India...Only we two can speak Tamil and when we do, others think we are yelling and fighting...They don't get the energy in our language, the fun in that, the jokes we make...I can relate that to the reviews for this movie...pleases see the movie your self without go behind some stupid review ( including mine)...You decide...the technicality of the movie, the originality, the art charastimatic...Nothing Else to Say...
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsThe Cinematography is Top Notch! Suriya shines in this movie like no one else. Karthi cameo at the end reminded me of Vanthiyadevan from the ponniyin selvan franchise but it was like a zombie version of him, got totally scared at the climax.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsSiva's ambitious attempt to bridge past and present in Kanguva, through a warrior's timeless struggle, ultimately falters despite strong visuals and a committed performance from Surya. While the film offers glimpses of greatness, its narrative inconsistencies and a jarring sound mix prevent it from reaching its full potential. Surya commands the screen as the fierce tribal warrior, carrying the weight of his people's survival on his shoulders. He delivers a physically and emotionally resonant performance, capturing the raw intensity of a man fighting for his very existence. The film truly shines when immersed in this ancient world, with its brutal battles. However, the modern-day storyline, feels like a fleeting afterthought. While intended to connect with the past, it ultimately distracts from the film's core strength: Surya's compelling portrayal of the tribal warrior. Disha Patani's brief appearance adds little to the narrative, serving as a momentary distraction rather than a meaningful contribution. The film's production design is undeniably impressive, particularly in its recreation of the ancient world. From sweeping landscapes to intricately detailed costumes, the visual spectacle immerses viewers in the warrior's world. The action sequences are equally impressive, showcasing Surya's physicality and Siva's stylistic flair, with nods to franchises like "Assassin's Creed." Yet, despite these strengths, Kanguva struggles to maintain narrative cohesion. The connection between the past and present feels underdeveloped, leaving the audience with unanswered questions and a sense of disconnect. Furthermore, the film's sound design is a significant weakness. Overly loud and punctuated by jarringly high-pitched sounds, it frequently distracts from the onscreen action and creates an unwelcome sense of unease. Kanguva is a film of missed opportunities. While it offers a visually stunning portrayal of a warrior's struggle and a committed performance from Surya, its narrative shortcomings and jarring sound design ultimately hold it back. Fans of historical epics and action spectacles may find elements to appreciate, but those seeking a truly satisfying cinematic experience may leave disappointed.

I'm not saying is very good it's like normally hindi, kantam, Tamil Or telugu movie(I am saying this cause many logic mistake. I don't why indian directors love to take logical mistake it's waste of money for production) . I think the movie promotion made a mistake, they did very very huge promote expecting like Hollywood janar.
