Saint-Narcisse
audience Reviews
, 52% Audience Score- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAnother erotic masterpiece by Mr Labruce
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe word I would use for this movie is "fresh". There is a lot of weight into a story that builds itself as the movie progresses, until it ends up with a clearly formed thematic idea. And it does it while letting the viewer enjoy incredibly well-crafted scenes and scenery.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMind breaking, absolute must see!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA very unique and intriguing story, with lashings of eroticism.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDelightfully subversive. Saint-Narcisse brings together a fantastic cast, a nicely-paced and smart script, and skillful direction/cinematography. The result is an entertaining, sexy, and poignant film that rises well above its peers. Félix-Antoine Duval brings breathtaking talent and presence to put an icing on this delicious cake of a film.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat flim acting and superb film!! Masterpiece!!!
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThere are so many problems with Saint Narcisse it's hard to believe it's in focus. Whoever edited the film and whoever thought it was a good idea to not be able to hear dialogue over background noise should be fired immediately. The film isn't worth rewinding or watching. If you like what you see on the cover of the DVD, then just go watch porn. It's slow and boring and at times unwatchable. From the twisted mind of a filmmaker, Bruce LaBruce, who is up his own behind. Maybe as a short, but no way as a feature, this is an easy miss. A comedy-drama where you never laugh and the drama is just lazy and flat. College students could do better work. Final Score: 1.6/10
