Great cast. Potentially good storey line but content and script was extremely poor. Filmography is what to expect from a low budget movie. I really thought I wasted 2hrs watching this.

Read the book, it was brilliantly written and powerful! The movie did not disappoint. Every bit as powerful as the book and Cillian Murphy was the perfect choice for lead actor.

The movie benefits immensely from Cillian Murphy's lowkey but powerful acting, which is a highlight in an otherwise slow and somewhat boring film. While the film tackles an important and haunting piece of history, its execution in terms of narrative flow could have been much more engaging. Skip it.

We bailed on this movie very early. It was very quiet, whispering and brooding, and not the kind of movie that we feel would move us in any substantial way.
