Smile 2
audience Reviews
, 81% Audience Score- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsThe movie was overrated and boring but the acting was on point😒
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThese films took the entity from 'It Follows' and tried to put their own spin on it, but it's not anywhere near as effective. Only two films in and the formula is growing tired. Smiles look goofy more than creepy.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis movie had so much unnecessary gore. You could predict how the movie was going to end in the first 30 minutes.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsNaomi Scott is absolute perfect casting!!! Could not sing more praises to her for this performance, 1000% captivating and enthralling, a star turn.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely amazing the cinematography is out standing the film production is top notch I had no idea what the smile series was until I watched one and two in 2 days.. what a beautiful mix of suspense shock and gore what an outright horrifying experience. I would strongly urge you to watch this gem even if you don't like horror movies. There is still something for anyone. Of all the movies that I could have watched I was sceptical at first because the idea of a smile being scary sounded dumb but this movie will leave you wanting to leave the light on when you go to sleep...
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThere was hardly any moment I wasn’t jolting in my seat. Haven’t seen a horror film like this in a while!!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWhere the first one had amazing pieces but didn’t quite put them all together Smile 2 figures it out. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is I wish there were some more horror movies out nowadays with ‘good’ endings. The whole message of horror should be ‘you can go through bad stuff but still come out ok’ and I wish the writers would understand that. The entity doesn’t have to be ‘beaten’ per se for the ‘good’ ending to occur either. That being said the movie is great. Fun colors, interesting set designs, and cool camera angles remind me of Last Night in SoHo. Especially loved the scenes where it shows the perspective of others seeing the horrifying events and then shows us what they see. Would’ve preferred it if they kept what she did at the end more vague and just left us with the audience’s gasps/screams.
- Rating: 1.5 out of 5 starsWeird af part one was way better stuff was just weird
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTotally nonsensical. No way to determine what actually happened in the movie. I dug the first one and watch A LOT of horror so I know how to put up with so much of the poor movie qualities it can present, but these guys didn't even try to make a story.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsPretty scary could’ve been worse
