The Accountant 2

Totally different film from the original. Less cohesive with haphazard scenes badly knitted together Affleck a distant cry from the original awkward character in the original all in all very disappointing.

A sequel that surpasses the original. Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal were both an excellent duo together. An action movie with a lot of heart and soul. I'm not a big Affleck fan, but he does a fantastic job bringing a person on the spectrum to life. Bernthal, brings a little comedy to his part, but somehow still maintains that tough guy attitude that he is known for. Well played! Been a long time since I really liked a movie. A+.

I still missed the original much better, more mathematics and numbering solving. This instalment just like other murder investigation movie, the gun fighting are good.

Legitimately fun movie that's absolutely nothing like the first movie. So if you're in this expecting the slow burn of the first movie, you might not like it.

In some ways better than the first one. Got a little draggy somewhere towards the end but great sequel overall.

Not sure why people saying it's an improvement on the original because it's not. The first one was brilliant. This one not so much. This movie goes the lazy route by adding a quadruple amount of gun scenes than the original for really no other reason than to show violence for the sake of violence, instead of matching the number of fight scenes (hand to hand, karate, etc) like the original had. Like the fight scene in the fish market warehouse, that was brilliant. There was much more of that in the original movie but instead of being creative with those kind of scenes, the writers and directors and producers went the gun route just like every other movie. Boring in that aspect.

10 out of 10, outstanding movie.

One of my new favorite movies!!

A really strong sequel! Nice to see a good story with a good script where we already know these characters and get to see them in action again. CG during the final fight was distracting when it seems like everything should / could have been done in camera (like in olden times ~20 years ago?). But good performances all around and a really solid script. Would watch another one if they produced one!

Nothing like the first movie. Yawn. Don’t waste your time
