At St. Vincent College, the Virgin Tree awakens a spirit every Valentine's Day--drawn by the desire for true love. When Shantanu's wish stirs her, 27 days of love and horror begin, ending in terror on Holika Dahan. The spirit becomes obsessed with him, haunting anyone who mocks her. Whispers turn to chaos--shadows move, doors creak, and fear grips the campus. As panic spreads, the college calls in 'Ghostbuster' Baba.
