When I Consume You

Powerful, heartbreaking and chilling? I didn't experience any of that. This was very overrated. I expected a lot more, after reading so many positive reviews, but it wasn't outstanding. Please, give me The Witch, What Josiah Saw (the first time will always be the best), The Dark and the Wicked, The Damned, The Blackcoat's Daughter, etc. Quite disappointing! Be care of the words you choose to describe a film.

Slowburn heartfelt horror that picks up a bit in the second half.

Absolutely amazing. One of my favorite festival films of the year!
