, 56% Audience Score- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI think Wolfman was bad at the Beginning it builds up suspense The movie was way too fast and the characters they say what they’re gonna say and they do what you might think they’ll go do but they don’t bad movie
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsA man and his family are trapped inside a remote farmhouse after being attacked at night by a ferocious creature. After being left wounded, the man is infected with an unknown disease that rapidly transforms him into something that his wife and daughter can barely recognise. The gruesome metamorphosis quickly evolves into a battle for survival, culminating with a tragic familiar event. "Wolf Man" is an engaging werewolf story with solid elements of body horror. The movie tackles the toxic parenthood triggered by the overprotective behaviour of its main character, who becomes himself a threat to his loved ones. A satisfying reboot ressurecting one of the most frightening creatures of horror cinema.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNot the worst horror movie you'll ever see, if you're just looking for something to watch. But this movie is very forgettable. It just dragged on to a pretty obvious conclusion.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsThere is a better movie in here dieing to come out. Thought provoking, interesting and a different take on werewolves. The major downfall is that it lacks in scares and horror, but does have a good amount of ambiance and the way the Director treats the main characters metamorphosis was done brilliantly. Its just a smaller and slower movie than what was expected and hoped for.
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsWasted talent of Julia Garner when for the sake of remaking a classic.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsIt’s not the constant loud thrills you expect but something more slow-burning. However, this does feel like frustratingly less than the sum of its parts with a thinly-explored family backstory and a middle act that feels like it has five to ten minutes cut out of it.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsWolf Man scared me! It was the best suspense throughout the movie. It was also the back story of the wolf man and his love for his family that made me feel so much empathy. There was this conflict of compassion versus animal instinct.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood film, slightly let down by the music not creating much tension
- Rating: 2.5 out of 5 starsMovie leaves you with more to desire, in a bad way. This could have been a great film except the consistency of going from right on track to mediocre was prevalent. Acting was great and it made you feel the suffering the characters were going through. The lighting though was just to dark a lot of the times.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsReally disappointed with this film. For Leigh Whannell, why is it so Bland? A few decent scares here and there, and while a somewhat different turn into a werewolf, the final design was a joke.
